Milan Linate Aiport (LIN) - 49 mins
Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY) - 49 mins
Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) - 1 hr 3 mins
All of these travel times are measured by car transportation.
a. Car Rental at the airport - By renting your own car, you will have more flexibility to travel around Lake Como. (Highly recommended)
b. Taxi - Taxi fares are fairly expensive from Milan to Lake Como, ranging from Euros 100-150.
c. Train - There is a direct train from Milan Centrale, or Milan Malpensa Airport to Como city, which takes only 39 mins and fare is around Euros 10-15. However, Como city is 49 mins away from Manello del Lario and you will still need a transit from Como to Mandello del Lario. The transit by taxi will end up costing the same amount as from airport directly to Mandello del Lario. Train from Como to Mandello del Lario will take another 2 hours with 1 more change in between.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a cash gift to put towards our honeymoon would be appreciated.
The transportation to the wedding event for the arrival will not be organized by us.
However, the transportation afterparty at night can be organized by us upon your advanced notice to us.
We would like to suggest all guests to arrive latest by Friday, 30th September to avoid unnecessary stressors from flight delays and whatnots.
As much as we would like to host multiple events (welcome event, wedding event and farewell event), it would put us under a lot of pressure to plan and host multiple events. We just want to optimize the enthusiasm and energy of everyone by having one special occasion, which will take place on 1st Oct, Saturday. So, for other days, you may explore the splendid view and nature of Lake Como and its surrounding on your own schedule.
For your reference, 3rd Oct (Monday) is the public holiday in Germany.
Unfortunately, that would not be possible. All of the rooms at the location are fully allocated to all of our immediate family members. Thank you for your understanding! We truly appreciate it!
While the official ceremony starts at 4 pm, you should arrive at the location no later than 3.15 pm. Your early arrival time will be appreciated by our Welcome station with plenty of drinks and finger foods for you. Your cooperation is deeply appreciated.
Yes, parking lots will be available for our guests. We have around 15 parking spots available inside the villa and outside of the villa. However, we believe there are more parking spots surrounding our villa. We will update how many parking spots available surrounding our villa later on.
We will be serving light hors d'oeuvres during aperitif followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert.
Yes, the open bar will be operating from 9 PM until 12 AM.
Yes, there will be midnight snacks provided during the party time.
For the safety of all guests, we would like to ask your cooperation by testing COVID quick test upon your arrival. Thank you for that effort in advance!
We will be creating a WhatsApp group with all wedding guests to duly update our changes and live updates with our program at timely manner.
